Cancellation Policies:

For Dog Walking:

If you need to cancel a scheduled walk, please do so outside of the 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled walk will incur the full charge for that service.

For Overnight Stays:

If you cancel an overnight booking two weeks before the scheduled stay, you will receive a 50% refund. However, if the cancellation is made one week or less before the scheduled stay, the full price for the overnight stay will be charged.

Additional Walks:

If you wish to add a walk on/change walk on the day of service, there will be an additional charge of $10 per service.
